- Mix the sliced pork with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
2 .Cook the Pork:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sautΓ© until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Combine and Sauce:
- Return the cooked pork to the pan with the vegetables.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat everything with the sauce.
- Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
5. Serve:
- Warm the moo shu pancakes or tortillas according to package instructions.
- Spoon the Moo Shu Pork mixture onto the pancakes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
