Ingredients:
- 1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- β cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Β½ tsp baking soda

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Ingredients:
- 1 ΒΌ cups all-purpose flour
- ΒΌ cup powdered sugar
- Β½ cup vegan butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ΒΌ cup all-purpose flour
- ΒΌ cup lemon juice
- ΒΌ cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- For the crust, mix flour and powdered sugar, then cut in vegan butter until crumbly. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
